About Me

Over ten years of professional experience as a software engineer (since 2007), mainly working with Python. Experience in designing, developing, maintaining and managing tools and systems. Has experience working in small companies, large multinational corporations, working within and leading teams both co-located and remote and has worked as a sole developer. Has setup systems from scratch and worked on legacy systems. Experience in working in Agile teams, both Kanban and Sprint, as both a team member and a Scrum Master. These experiences are backed up with strong technical qualifications such as a degree (four year Bachelors) in Computer Science from Trinity College Dublin, a Master of Science with a distinction in Computer Animation from the NCCA, Bournemouth University and a Professional Scrum Master certificate.
